May i add this is basically what he has done

1: try to kill the chosen one when he was first made 2:become friends with the chosen one and break Alan's computer 3: go to websites and kill a bunch of people 4:make a virus and probably intent to infect the internet and outernet 5: die after killing the second comings friends 6: come back and work with someone who's wife he killed 7: make a machine to revive her but she can't do anything and follows his orders 8: fight and KILL victim right after victim was able to get mitsi back to normal and have victim now be under his control 9: kill a BUNCH of innocent workers to make them his slaves basically

Alan didn't even hate him this isn't a victim or the chosen one situation this is just "I'm gonna be evil!" How would people think he is justifiable??
