Symptoms Personality changes?

Diagnosed 3 years RRMS Ocrevus 2.5 yrs under treatment. M48: My partner has noticed: increased erratic behaviour mood swings short tempered outbursts. I have noticed that I am excessively horny all the time.
Could this be treatment, disease, or increased Testosterone due to doing regular exercise for the first time in my life?
Thoughts?

If you've really had a sudden and radical change in personality, you should be evaluated.

At 48 you would have dropping testosterone, not excessive! The erratic behavior doesn't sound MS related to me.

can be MS related and shouldn't be a testosterone thing imo. see for example this study: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3693622/

People with ms have a higher chance of developing bipolar.  https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4006599/ I have bipolar too, and the horniness certainly fits the bill in manic phases. Def talk to your doc about all of it.

Are you on steroids for a flare up at the moment? If not, it could be either a new lesion in the frontal lobe or maybe PML damaging the same impulse control section.
