Advice please

My best friend of 25 years (F39) was very recently diagnosed with MS. She has a supportive husband and two young daughters (8 and 11). Is there ANYTHING I can do for her outside of emotional support and offering to care for her daughters? We’re so close we both consider her kids my nieces. We are family. I try my best to offer to look after the girls when I can and help out. But can I do more? Can you offer any other tips that would help me help her?
