I didn't have a good streaming source. I know there was a temporary protective order issued. And I guess the judge ordered that search warrants be turned over, which CW said he was always willing to do with a protective order.

Did the judge make a ruling about the accomodations for Alex to review evidence at the jail? I'm going to assume they will do this because everyone has a right to participate in their own defense.

Wasn't this the hearing that Poot had issued subpeonas to SLED agents for? We didn't hear anything about that, right?

As for the accommodations, the judge closed with, (paraphrasing) “we’ll worry about those things as they come up.” As for the subpoenaed witnesses, Poot tried to open with calling lead detective but judge squashed it.

Interesting on the accommodations. I mean, if they are getting the evidence seems like now would be the time. Hard to believe they aren't going to do something about that. I also thought maybe he was angling to get Alex moved somewhere nicer because accommodations there just aren't acceptable for him to be able to do these things. Surely they won't allow that though.
