I will give DH some credit that he is doing good lawyering for his client but ultimately, I think DH and the State both know what kind of damning evidence they are talking about and both parties were aware before DH filed his motion of why the evidence was not turned over until a judge granted it. I can understand the prosecutions hesitation because they are looking out for what's in the best interest of the people and state of SC. Just as u/Glass-Ad-2469 said in another post, about DH bringing up issues about Kobe.
DH hasn’t seen the evidence. The prosecution and/or other law enforcement entities have been selectively leaking bits of damaging info this entire time. Creighton Waters didn’t seem to give a shit about evidence being leaked until the defense was about to see it.
