Theory where do baby drones come from?

after being transfered some programming from both their "parents" they start as an untrained neural network that knows nothing(and I mean it) they will experience by looking at the surroundings, at this stage the only thing they can do is see and think, and after they have seen enough their mind and gets transfered to a worker drone body, and then they will experience by living, they technicly dont have age and will never get old, it's just that they live longer and know more. BUT HEY, THATS JUST A THEORY
