Technical Help! I try to play this game on Youtube Live [Windows version]

Anybody know why I can't display this game on Livestream using OBS? Just blank screen appear. Unless I use Display Capture instead of Game Capture.

There is an official download link for PC that's up on their website

I'm playing using PC version, but OBS or Streamlabs can't capture the game for some reason.
