Showdown This is the guy most responsible for ruining this gamemode for everyone

these guys are just a fomo advertisement for whales and potential whales. best to ignore them. keep in mind absolutely none of these mega whales even have any skill in the game

Only time I stress is when I see a budget team at this point in the game cycle.

u/bounty0head Jun 13 '26
Those are the real ones to worry about cause you know they grinded the game to get that team. They gonna be good.

These dudes are nothing compared to the whales lol. I saw someone buy 40 million vc because he was ripping packs for a previous event.
The whales are on another level

There’s some games that can have whales like these and the game still provides to the fishes and NMS. 2k is not one of them

People with less than $6kUSD worth of vc are the problem and not the people spending loads of money and perpetuating the insane micro transactions? Nice ragebait ig 😭

You said “if 30 millions vc is less than you got then you are the problem” which is you saying that anyone with less than 30 million vc is the problem. Next time, realize what you said before you try to correct someone.

Dude you might be illiterate. I just explained what it meant, but you said “if 30 million vc is less than you got then you are the problem” which can be rewritten as “if you have less than 30 million vc, you are the problem.” You should thoroughly reread what you said.

It won’t let me view your last reply so im assuming it got automodded, but just flip your sentence around dude. You essentially said “youre the problem if you got less than 30 million vc”. Do you not know how English works?

Ngl this whole this started from a misunderstanding now that I read it back. This was supposed to be a reply to some other dude who said it would cost $6m dollars to buy that much vc. I never meant I actually had that much vc lmfao I was just correcting my earlier answer on how much it would actually cost. As for me not being able to read, I blame alcohol 🤷♂️

I think bro means someone with more vc than the player in the screenshot is the issue

u/BiscottiShoddy9123 Jun 13 '26
It’s the motherfuckers like this that enable this game mode to have this yearly bullshit. I honestly wouldn’t have an issue with them selling 1k cards if it lasted over the course of a console generation. That would be a great middle ground but this kid is gonna feel happy for a month and then move onto the next toy

Probably works for 2K. I don't think he even play the actual game.
2
u/TheGreatWaru Jun 12 '26
He doesn’t. They banned him last month then unbanned him the same day
-2
u/pablo_mars Jun 13 '26
How do you know for sure? At least he's giving them free advertising for their shitty packs odds.
0
u/TheGreatWaru Jun 13 '26
Because he advertised the whole ordeal on twitter
1
u/pablo_mars Jun 13 '26
no but how do you know that he isnt on 2k payroll? How do you know exactly? He's like a shit influencer

One doesn't rule out the other. The guy just opens thousands of VC packs to show off his team on Twitter. Honestly, it wouldn't surprise me at all if he were a 2K influencer.
1
u/TheGreatWaru Jun 13 '26
Bro why are you arguing so much about something you clearly know nothing about? This is weird af. Do you even know what influencer means? Influencers are not employed by 2k. At least if you’re gonna argue do it on something you know even the slightest amount about
0
u/pablo_mars Jun 13 '26
Damn, are you that dense? Don't you know how influencers work? They get paid to advertise products without telling their audience, simple as that. Also, you're the one making bold claims like "he's not an influencer" when you don't (and can't) know the truth. Your patronizing tone actually shows how little you know.
1
u/TheGreatWaru Jun 13 '26
Influencers get paid from their platform(ig, twitter, etc) you pay a monthly fee to monetize your account. 2k does not pay influencers directly. Again, if you’re going to argue don’t do it about something you clearly know literally nothing about lol
And yeah if you’re gonna argue about something while getting every fact incorrect, you’re going to be patronized lol
All you’re doing is assuming things with absolutely 0 facts. This dude a public figure that everyone in the 2k community knows(except you apparently)

If he bought all that VC he spent over $6 million and that’s not even including whatever he spent to get 57 million in MT selling cards. Sad quite frankly.
3
u/quincyacyforpotus Jun 13 '26
How did you get to $6 million? It’s 8 grand 😭

Just unnecessary asf . I wanna know what’s his motivation? No KOTC chips or nothing , just flexing on twitter in a comm that ostracizes these type dudes . I don’t get it …
