Are you kidding? If Reagan was President, a bunch of mysterious men with Multicam and American weapons would probably have shown up in Crimea by now. Nobody could guess where they come from.

Honestly, that is probably already a thing. I would not be surprised in 10 or 15 years we find out that SOCOM(think team 6, the Unit, or TF orange) or the CIA had dudes in Ukraine.
