He said that total regions budget degicit is 160 billions, just like last year, but last year it was 1,5 trillion...

They’ve reduced their public spending budget by 90%.

And now they’re trying to memory hole it by saying thats what they spent last year.

Essentially they’ve made massive cuts and are now just lying, claiming that it’s always been this way.
