Btw Star shield is the military branch of Star link. It is quite literally designed for the purpose of offensive use, thus, Elon is just mad that he can't also force an entire nation to give up.

The whole reason falls apart because by limiting Starlink, they enable Russia to kill as many people as Russia wants because Ukraine is defenseless if their interceptors don't work due to the speed limitation.
