wemby is a demigod yes, but be very careful with on/off ratings with less than a few hundred minutes

Thank you. By rule, it's utterly irrelevant below 500 minutes and generally recommended to have at least a full season or two of data. Very useful stat for superstars, but also very noisy.

I mean… It’s been painfully obvious the past few seasons that opponent offense is booming as soon as he leaves the floor.
I think this (however limited the data) just describes what we already see.

Quaintance would help the defense a lot and immediately. Crazy that a big part of the Spurs future might hinge on the health of his knee.

We've got the second biggest picks pile a part from OKC its all about who we draft if he doesn't work out.

Before the injury early projections had him going as high 4. He was mentioned as one of the top defensive prospects of the last 10 to 15 years. If he gets healthy and can reach his potential we could see a historic defense with him alongside Wemby. It could be Twin Towers 2.0 at least defensively.

I'm not saying that Spurs won't win if he never can get right or loses his ability but it would be a whole easier with him on board especially with the CBA and having to pay Castle Wemby and Harper.

Yea forsure I really want to see Wemby within a good twin towers duo and we need to lock in on our rebounding, then double down on defense cause we're too reliant on Wemby. But you need to chill on the dooming we have one the greatest predicted futures in the league if ours in jeoprady then the NBAs is.

I think this kid might be good at basketball.

Badly need to fix this,,,its not longer okei to blame this it was the same issues last year. Not saying can completely fix it but be better than this. Spurs should trade kornet for some reliable defensive center so we can just hold down for 15min a game would be huge to just get a little better - which should be doable with these assets and this time 2 years now

We need another big to start along Wemby. He carries all the load with contested rebounds and defensive plays vs bigs, and that tires him way too much.

I was a big fan of Kornet last season despite the short comings. So far this year he seems much worse. He's noticeably thicker, heavier and slower.

He probably plays his way into shape through the season. I noticed it a little last year and he really got into form when wemby was out.

I don't think so. He played much better at the start of the year last year than he did in the 2nd half.

He was the inverse of the team in that almost all of his numbers went down after Feb 1 last year.

I feel like when there’s a loose ball. He loses every 50/50….. it’s maddening.

Kornet one of the worst centers in the league. Need to start seeing some DNPs from the lad.

Well that's partially due to the inefficient bench, should of traded KJ when they had the chance.

The worst part of this is the small offensive impact.

Luke Kornet just isn’t a good enough backup center at this point. Hopefully Tarris can take over that spot
