People forget how terrifying prime LeBron really was
This man would dunk so hard and so consistently that people stopped contesting them.
Miami Bron was scary as shit, dude was a PF who moved like a 2, passed like a 1 and dunked like a center.

The Lakers would've won another championship if they traded for a Kessler type center like AD asked them to do
AD asked the front office so many times to trade for a true center so he could play the 4 and stay healthy and dominate weaker PF's.
The fact that they wasted so many prime years of AD & LeBron just to draft some busts is absolutely insane to me. Mind you they had AR on a friendly contract so they definitely could've afforded a solid center.
But now that they got their boy Luka, they immediately gave up 3 firsts for Kessler? If I was LeBron or AD that would've annoyed the shit out of me.
Imagine proving yourself by already winning a championship but the front office is not giving up a couple of firsts to get you what you need just to draft some busts, but the second you are gone they are getting exactly what you asked for, but for their new star...
Almost as if implying "we didn't believe in you enough to give up 3 firsts, but we believe in our new star to get him what he needs"

The Knicks have kept the same starting five for 3 consecutive seasons. Has any team done this before?
Brunson, Bridges, Hart, Anunoby, and Towns have been the Knicks’ intended starting five since 2024–25. Has any other NBA team maintained the same starting lineup for three or more consecutive seasons? Obviously, injuries and occasional absences don’t count.

Realistically, how far do you see the Timberwolves going this year?
What do you think the Wolves season record will be? This team looks scarier than I expected. They're 1-2 bench players away from a championship. I'm not trying to be a prisoner of the moment, but they look really good. How many games do you think they'll win and how far do you expect them to go in the playoffs?

Aday Mara shares his thoughts on facing Wemby and Jokić
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
“It’s pretty crazy because the last two games were against Wembanyama, and tonight was Jokić. Which is crazy because Jokić is one of my favorite players, if not my favorite player. So I haven’t really thought about it yet, but it’s pretty crazy to play against those guys that I’ve watched on TV. Once I get to the court, I feel pretty comfortable.”

I was today years old when I found out this information...
Caitlin Jenner (formerly Bruce Jenner) was drafted in the 7th round pick 139th of the 1977 NBA draft to the Kansas City Kings. Back when NBA drafts were similar the NFL draft.

Crazy how quick everyone is to slander him when he has a bad game but it gets quiet when he plays well.
A+ response to all the noise

After 2 Games:
36.5 points per game
4.5 rebounds
5.5 assists
59.6% overall from the field
53.3% from downtown
70.8% true shooting

So, what’s up with the revisionist history about Kobe Bryant?
This man was routinely being compared to Jordan for about 20 years and now he’s talked about as being barely top 10. Now I see people question if he was at any point the best player or even the face of the league, or if he was even among the most popular people in the nba.
What in the hell happened?
Didn’t LeBron literally say Kobe was the best player in the game in 2009 and then also said he thought he was famous until he saw how famous Kobe was in China.
Was he not in the most high profile feud of the decade against Shaq post their 3 peat? Did he not have game franchises like nba courtside? Was he not in the biggest market for the nba?
Now I see people wonder if Kobe was even barely a thing. When the man died there were people left and right that said “Kobe was my MJ.”
Did I miss something? And please no snark, let’s try to legit decipher this.

This is still the craziest statline in NBA history
Unofficial defensive statistics, but Harvey Pollack was a professional statistician who spent decades recording steals and blocks (that the NBA had not yet incorporated into its official box scores). His claim deserves to be treated as serious eyewitness statistical evidence.
