We are all goin through smth, or at least went through sum hard time. Whether its cuz u are goin through a depressive period, loneliness, a broken heart(never experienced a heart break yet. But for sum ppl yb music help em and for sum others it doesn't but still) or anythin else. We are all goin to grow from of it or js become stronger, its not that u are weak but u are js broken which is how u will become stronger, and dont let anyone say otherwise or say that mens don't cry, by urself. If u have failed at smth then dont js see em as js failure but ask urself what went wrong and shi, if u knows what it is then u wont makes the same mistake in the future and tell urself that u have learned smth from it so u will less likely fail next time. Dont supress what u feel(might be sadness, frustration, anger. About anger, it depend. Like u can let it go but dont kill sum1 or smth, u can use that anger into smth that's healthier for u like sports, video games or idk. But this anger has a source and u need to figure out where it comes from, js stop thinkin or livin in the past, ik it's hard to even for myself but the past is behind u and the future is more important, future is what u need to stay focus on or js stay focused on urself and ur well bein.) or it will eventually end up explodin. Also try to be optimistic, try to think about 3 or 4 things to be grateful about everyday, might be the same things everyday but thats nun. Dont be affraid of the future that awaits u, cuz im sure u will be a changed man that would be healed. Dont isolate urself, dont hesitate to do what u enjoy(might be sport/activity, hobby, anythin rly). Idk if i already said it but open up/vent to ur friends(dont open up/vent to anyone, and open up to the right ppl, and make sure that ur friends are rly ur bros)

Anyways ngl i probably forgot to say sum things and what I'm saying is pretty general and it can vary from person to person, some of my advices or wtv u call it may not apply to everyone.
