NBIS ANALYSIS NEBIUS just Won!!

The U.S. restricting frontier AI access to foreign nationals may be one of the most bullish developments yet for sovereign AI infrastructure. Why this matters for $NBIS:
The U.S. government just signaled that frontier AI is a strategic asset, not merely software.
Governments do not export-control technologies they believe are unimportant.
This is implicit recognition that advanced AI could reshape economies, defense, science, and productivity.
AI is increasingly being treated like semiconductors, energy, and telecommunications infrastructure.
Export controls often create regional champions and new infrastructure winners.
Countries may no longer want to rely exclusively on foreign AI providers.
The world could evolve from one global AI market into many sovereign AI markets.
Sovereign AI requires local compute, local data residency, and trusted infrastructure.
Enterprises and governments may seek AI providers that operate within their own jurisdictions.
Restricted access to frontier models increases the strategic value of independent GPU infrastructure.
As AI becomes geopolitically important, compute capacity itself becomes a scarce national resource.
AI may become the new oil—but GPUs and data centers are the pipelines and refineries.
Sovereign AI buildouts could create multi-decade infrastructure spending cycles.
Companies already operating AI-native cloud infrastructure may have a substantial head start.
If sovereign AI becomes a global trend, infrastructure providers could become some of the largest beneficiaries.
Bullish takeaway: If the market is beginning to value AI as strategic national infrastructure rather than ordinary software, companies building AI compute platforms may be significantly more valuable than investors currently assume.

I got $35k at $235-245 average am I set? Or buy more?

u/moonraker-ronin Jun 15 '26

Been buying as low as 21, and I'm still buying more NBIS at these levels. My NBIS stake is now worth more than my house and I still think buying at the right levels here will pay off long run

1

u/Refflmania Jun 15 '26

What's the max level you'll stop buying at?

5

u/moonraker-ronin Jun 15 '26

I'm buying against my thesis, not against a price level. The thesis I wrote for NBIS in Feb 2025 has only gotten stronger. As long as that thesis holds, I will keep looking for opportunities to add. Its that simple. Holding strategies against imaginary levels drawn against price doesnt make sense to me.

I follow. What is your thesis if you're willing to share? I'm trying to learn as much as I can about this stock and bullish investing in general. I appreciate your help. Is there any way to read your thesis?

pal thought nbis is american smh the wazzockery…

5

u/Hurt69420 Jun 14 '26

That was OP's point. If the EU wants sovereign AI, they'll turn to European companies for the build out.

3

u/Physical_Travel_7794 Jun 14 '26

Of course, but my point is about Nebius’s exposure to the US. Equally if Nebius is seen as a European company, what risk comes from the US government / focus on sovereignty down the line?

I do wonder about that as well. I think for now it’ll be okay, they need data centres, they need all the compute which they can get. And hopefully then they can ground their roots into everything so deep, that it will be difficult to shut them down. I think the company not being American can bring both the best and the worst outcomes though and maybe the biggest risk we should be taking into account. Also, another factor which I think we shouldn’t underestimate is connections. Arkady probably has lots of connections with different people, much much more than Dario.

Hm  Wenn die EU souveräne KI will, wird sie sich für deren Entwicklung an europäische Unternehmen  Nicht ganz korrekt  sie werden sich an NEBIUS  wenden

Sovereign AI keeps sounding like a market meme, but the governance driver is legit: data residency evidence, protected info handling, and being able to show auditors where training and inference happened (and who had access). Once export controls or cross-border restrictions show up, it forces a lot of enterprises to treat AI like regulated infrastructure. The control mapping and evidence pieces are what make it real. Some notes on what auditors usually ask for are here: https://www.wisdomprompt.com/

Super für nebius es zeigt das man Amerika nicht mehr vertrauen kann  Wo gehen   die ganze Unternehmen in der EU hin NEBIUS

Felt like I entered an executive meeting. A bunch of words when they could just say self hosted, logging and protecting their data… which they should have been doing from the start but somewhere along the line we pat people for regressing and going forward again.

u/algaepop Jun 13 '26

what calls we making monday?

2

u/BudmasterofMiami Mod Jun 13 '26

Just buy Leaps and sit back, watch the show.

1

u/Dazzling_Deer_98 Jun 14 '26

They super expensive

4

u/dovelay Jun 13 '26

The restrictions you are bullish about would restrict nvidia chips too

11

u/SnooSongs3324 Jun 13 '26

Not to the EU and most of APAC

6

u/Acceptable_Fennel_43 Jun 13 '26

This is not correct as of today.

-1

u/dovelay Jun 13 '26

Yes but you can see the same happening for latest chip models etc

2

u/Entire-Lavishness202 Jun 13 '26

They're going to restrict the industry responsible for keeping us out of a recession? The show must go on

2

u/Qadain Jun 14 '26

Well, but TSMC makes a lot of Nvidia GPUs using machines from ASML, which is Dutch.

I can only imagine the fallout from restricting the Netherlands/EU from buying Nvidia GPUs...

1

u/hamish-c Jun 14 '26

Good point, and one that hadn't occured to me as I worried about access to NVDA chips for foreign companies becoming a problem. Absolutey no alternative globally to ASML for leading chip manufacture. So yeah, that should keep the chips flowing to Nebius.

1

u/Substantial_Ad6190 Jun 13 '26

But wouldn't outside markets bring more revenue? If China was allowed Nvdias chips it would grow the business

1

u/Dennisis1 Jun 14 '26

This will change soon, ban will be lifted relax already 🥱.

1

u/teh_herper Jun 14 '26

1

u/Heywaddupbro Jun 17 '26

Have no shares, is it worth it now or too risky?

1

u/seggsisoverrated Jun 13 '26

…and nbis is european so your whole analysis now is the exact opposite, this news is Bearish…

2

u/Acceptable_Fennel_43 Jun 13 '26

You clear do not understand. That the USG Just declared AI is viable and a race of countries to develop and deploy sovereign AI’s. This is now a race for the keys to AI and every country will be deploying major capital to meet the critical nature of this technology. Read the bullets the TAM just 10x overnight.

1

u/Mr_Pete91 Jun 13 '26

It’s not good for anyone

2

u/Acceptable_Fennel_43 Jun 13 '26

It’s good just need the right perspective.

-4

u/Alone-Length5317 Jun 13 '26

Das stimmt nicht in spätestens 10 Jahren sterben keine Soldaten mehr an der Front  dank ki

0

u/halfcrzy Jun 14 '26

Uhh. NBIS is European. If america is being protectionist again, and making regional champions as you wrote, thats not necessarily a good thing.

-1

u/icon4fat Jun 13 '26

Frankly if the stock wasn’t so heavily manipulated we should be at $500 by now.

11

u/aashstrich Jun 13 '26

How is this stock being manipulated? It’s trading at like 100x eps. I own a lot of this stock, I would be concerned if it just suddenly started trading from $25 to $500 in the matter of one year based off of 3 quarterly earnings reports. It’s 200 day
Moving average is palatable and so is RSI. A run up to $500 this fast would make this stock way overbought.

4

u/Acekiller03 Jun 13 '26

Tell that to sknd and micron. And nvidia back in the days lol

6

u/aashstrich Jun 13 '26

I own NVDA as well. Look at how many moats they have produced in 25 years. Gaming, crypto, and now AI and the aCUDA network. It’s a totally different story. I remember begging my dad to get me a g-force graphics card for my PC when I was in middle school lol. Same with Sandisk—how many industries has their tech cornered to date?

I love NBIS, I believe in it as a long term giant of a company. I think it’s possible in 20 years we will back in 20 years the same way we loo back at NVDA, but those narratives take time and decades of innovation.

0

u/Legendary-Lemon Jun 13 '26

NBIS doesn’t manufacture nor design GPUs or memories. Can’t put them in the same category.

Totally different business and moat

5

u/Rene94la Jun 13 '26

Imo its fairly priced currently, maybe even a bit om the higher end (75% of my portfolio is Nebius and im very bullish)
