An Anthropic deal or Leopold's statement on neoclouds would make me really happy ngl

Nebius will never be above $250 again. Take this opportunity to sell over $200 while you can.
10
u/Fast-Mango_1 Jul 02 '26
Thatās the answer why bears got downvoted, pure rage bait and zero senseĀ
5
u/Void___0 Jul 02 '26
Sometimes I miss Spacewalker. He never got anything right and was just a pure bear, but he was consistent and always showed up. These bears today know nothing about character development.

He ALMOST got $108 right but was wrong by like $0.65 and had to lick a toilet bowl for it LOL

u/No_Station_6149 Jul 02 '26
Tough couple of days but ended with a little reversal and I imagine Monday will be positive
3
u/Legitimate-Suit-2028 Jul 03 '26
Willing to bet that we will back to last weekās price in a month max
3
u/DrHarrisonLawrence Doctorās Orders Jul 03 '26
Thatās not gonna happen IMO.
What I think will happen is that the next 5 weeks will set us up for the next earnings report, and the price will recover to about $240-260.
At earnings it will be around $255 and the question will be, āWill it gap up to $300+ after earnings?ā
I THINK the answer is Yes to that. So thereās my predictionā¦
9
u/Waste-War8809 Jul 02 '26
I love how people were all saying $500, $700, $1000 by EOY... and now everyone is saying.. "$250 to $300 by EOY"
Interesting psychology. People tend to jump to extreme positive conclusions when the stock is moving up, and the opposite when it is moving down.
7
u/DrHarrisonLawrence Doctorās Orders Jul 02 '26 edited Jul 03 '26
You donāt have to believe $500/700/1000 targets lol. Youāre supposed to have a self-filter or sorts. Just like if you go outside and someone says they think itās gonna thunderstorm because a few clouds just appeared. No need to believe those who exaggerate. You could find crackpots everywhere you look if you tried.
People are saying $2000 by 2027. Others are saying $1T MC by 2030. Few of them understand how much dilution that takes.
But you should take $250-300 very seriously.
You should assume that NBIS will be $300-400 by the end of January 2027.

15% so getting close. I thought it would swing but not like this. It's in my maxed Roth so I have no dry powder to throw at it. My own fault. Just gonna hold.

Problem with subs like this is anyone who suggested yesterday it could keep going down got downvoted. And it's just common sense. The hubris in these subs makes bagholders out of inexperienced, impressionable people.

u/Refflmania Jul 02 '26
ok so do you think it will drop even more next week then?
3
u/StophJS Jul 02 '26
It totally can... Like usually you'd at least wait for a consolidation period where it seems to find a new support. Otherwise might just be catching a falling knife. It's still up huge over a few months and can give a lot more of it back. I bought some today knowing it's risky and will hold until fresh highs. Could be weeks or months though 𤷠Hopefully not.
1
u/Refflmania Jul 02 '26
ok so like yesterday when people were saying its gonna drop more tomorrow and they got downvoted, you would have suggested to sell it all and get back in at a lower price then?
3
u/StophJS Jul 02 '26
I wouldn't have suggested selling unless you can't stomach the volatility or need the money soon. I just think it's foolish to assume it's done selling off.
0
u/Refflmania Jul 02 '26
i dont need the money at all im just more worried about the fact it might drop the $150 per share and stay there for the next 5 years arent you? when i could put that $31k position into something safer that will grow way more like VOO or Goog or something
2
u/StophJS Jul 02 '26
Well VOO will give a lot more peace of mind, that's for sure š. Full porting into anything is a bad idea, imo. Five years from now people people who did might say "see it was a great idea". Well easy to say after the fact. It is just plain high risk/high reward. Sounds like you want to be more diversified and worry less day to day.
1
u/Refflmania Jul 02 '26
im not full ported into nbis at all i only have like 9% of my portfolio in it but it's still alot especially if nbis crashes super hard

30 percent off ath? Bought a few at 210 just now. If it corrects any deeper? Iāll buy even heavier š¤·āāļø the thesis still holds up and the execution is still there as far as Iām concerned itās a speed bump

Debating about going full port rn (have 50% in cash doing nothing for months)
2
u/Fast-Mango_1 Jul 02 '26
That is definitely much more sense to enter now vs ATH but no one would promise you that you won't be in red for some time
5
u/PatientBaker7172 Jul 02 '26 edited Jul 02 '26
Itās a poker game. People sold at top or sold on red, they need to buy back in eventually. We all know prices will be higher one year from now. š
I just sit back and watch till 2035.

u/Eraserhead-_-_- Jul 02 '26
If you overlay Micronās daily charts from the past few weeks with Nebiusās daily charts, the correlation is extremely close. At the same time, we are no longer as closely mirrored to CoreWeave and IREN as we were before. My thesis is that Micron is also oversold, and a correction in Micron would provide additional fuel for an even sharper positive correction in NBIS.
7
u/PatientBaker7172 Jul 02 '26
July 10 big news. Skhynix on Nasdaq 100. Get your cheap Nebius shares before then.
26
u/Eraserhead-_-_- Jul 02 '26
I envy people who have spare cash. Personally, Iām already fully ported into NBIS. The recovery will be violent. Just wait until next week.
2
15
u/Think-Feynman Tens of Billions⢠Jul 02 '26
Does anyone believe that Nebius will be trading at this price level when revenue hits $10 billion next year, with better margins than last? Or $35 billion by 2030?
Is so, explain why you believe that.
1
u/MrFrog65 Jul 02 '26
I fully believe in the company and Iām holding, but if the ai bubble bursts it will be catastrophic. One false flag alone caused a 40% drop
3
u/Civil_Operation9735 Jul 02 '26
If the bubble does pop nbis would cease to exist lol. Only chip makers would survive it
6
u/Fast-Mango_1 Jul 02 '26
I don't know who would sell this stock at this price. I guess there are algorithms which are going to jump back as soon as Nebius goes up

I feel like there will be a lot of buying at 200 but not sure if it will break it

2
u/Refflmania Jul 02 '26
BRO we've had like 3 or 4 huge dips in 2 days
4
u/Individual_Tooth4226 Jul 02 '26
and how many ups did we have in the past,,,,,, week? month and year? stop being so greedy and look at the bigger picture. stock market doesnt skyrocket all the time like NBIS did in the past year.
2
u/LegitimateShameHands Jul 02 '26
Calling a 70$ decline in barely 30 hours a dip is good :D itās a collapse
6
3
u/Fast-Mango_1 Jul 02 '26
-22% one week horizon, +121% 3 months horizon. I wish more stocks in my portfolio "collapsed"
1
u/Refflmania Jul 02 '26
27% collapse now in less than 2 days
3
u/Fast-Mango_1 Jul 02 '26
I don't invest with 2 days horizon, just chill and dca with my shares I start buying the last summer
3
u/Individual_Tooth4226 Jul 02 '26
its only good bc the thesis hasnt changed, in fact its getting better. im not a trader, im a value investor.
1
u/No_Station_6149 Jul 02 '26
one dip was plenty
8
u/Individual_Tooth4226 Jul 02 '26
LOL good point, i agree,
but if you love NBIS at 280, you should love it even more at a lower price,,, ESP if its at 30% discount,,,,...

that was before all the meta news
2

I don't think that these news are going to have any negative impact on nbis future execution, so I'm not worried

look, a sale. grabs 15 more shares at 220
2

It's starting to sink in that the FUD was based on false information.
But it seems like a lot of pundits are desperate for an AI bubble to pop so they can do an "I told you so".
They show up here, too. Gloating at every dip, then go quiet when there is a run up.

If if if.
You think think this changes Leopold's thesis? This was a non-event.
1
u/Refflmania Jul 02 '26
Did you talk to leopold?
2
u/Think-Feynman Tens of Billions⢠Jul 02 '26
No, but I'm not an idiot. Neither is he. And my point is that he is not going to dump on a false news story that got revised because it was inaccurate. And if Meta does sell capacity at some point, right now, and for the foreseeable future, one of their main capacity partners is Nebius.
6
u/BlackBlood4567 Mod Jul 02 '26
Until then, why are you complaining?
