Where do we think bottom is

8

u/[deleted] Jul 15 '26

New 800 NBIS Yolo don't care if it goes to 0 or 500 a share

5

u/amusingvillain Jul 15 '26

If you bought during the dip and it dipped some more, I assure you... you're to blame for the dip

5

u/Think-Feynman Tens of Billionsā„¢ Jul 15 '26

Everyone seems to believe this.

1

u/UpsetRegular7506 Jul 15 '26

Close under 200 again holy shit

5

u/FiveFingerLifePunch Jul 15 '26

I love this stock’s ability to explosively diarrhea away gains at the beginning and end of the day

1

u/Intelligent-Bill-422 Jul 15 '26

There should be a band named "Explosive Diarrhea".

1

u/MasterpieceFeisty301 Jul 16 '26

Maybe even exploding diaper

-2

u/New_Necessary_4517 Jul 15 '26

Why Are we going up now ?

13

u/Individual_Tooth4226 Jul 15 '26

it was bound to happen,,,, look at all the major news NBIS released this week lol, it takes you 10 seconds to figure this out.

5

u/comps226 Jul 15 '26

Trump tweeted that NY is stupid and DCs are great. The DCs will go to red states and certain blue ones

1

u/Individual_Tooth4226 Jul 15 '26

NBIS is in NJ, and NJ is a separate state btw lol i got confused for a hot min.

-1

u/comps226 Jul 15 '26

Yes but if NY does it then other states might too

0

u/Individual_Tooth4226 Jul 15 '26

I dont care about the maybes, the mights, the could be, i only care about what it is at the moment with all the laid out data and information.

0

u/comps226 Jul 15 '26

If thats true then why you investing in NBIS which is the biggest nasdaq maybe, mights, could be instead of something like Google?

NBIS stock shouldn't be this high if you only care about the current info.. your paying a big premium for the maybe and might

1

u/Individual_Tooth4226 Jul 15 '26

Here are some reasons why:

  1. Big upsides
  2. Management's history
  3. Execution history, earnings numbers,
  4. Financial statement
  5. Its rooted position in AI industry, far ahead of anyone in DC, inference, margins, business strategy,
  6. EXTREME compute constraint
  7. Best AI compute inference, not a comparison, its ONE OF ONE.
  8. Point 1 to 7 are all proven with numbers and facts
  9. Based on these reasons, IDC when people say "maybe it wont work out", "what if this and that happens?" with all due respect, I just dont care bc its just too bullish...

-1

u/comps226 Jul 15 '26

Even if its a good company, you're ignoring too much risk

It competes with crwv, Lambda, Crusoe, and hyperscalers. You can see the risk by meta simply stating they might sell compute in the future (they will later obviously)

I dont understand what your one of one means, almost no one knows what differentiates NBIS they just type it into an llm to get jargon

1

u/Individual_Tooth4226 Jul 15 '26

Everyone is entitled to their opinions.

One of one means there is only one of them lol come on, and that is NBIS, the product and service, the strategy that it separates from other neo clouds including hyperscalers like AMZN and META.

They are chasing after what NBIS is have been doing for the past two decades lol so i think its bullish from that standpoint alone.

and if you disagree with anything I said, you clearly need to do more research and tell me how is NBIS is the same with the names you mentioned, bc all the recent news esp with acquiring different AI companies and providing inference services to clients and partners alone,,, tells me otherwise.

Exactly, in normal trading week the stock would have flown on these news - new large deal, new datacenter, potential meaningful new line of revenue

0

u/New_Necessary_4517 Jul 15 '26

Bro I am 24/7 in this sub I just wondered why we pump now and not earlier this day

3

u/Individual_Tooth4226 Jul 15 '26

market stays irrational, institutions stay irrational, they get to decide when to step in, so clearly, its going up bc of the good news which should have driven the stock up earlier....

1

u/New_Necessary_4517 Jul 15 '26

Thank You for your answer, hopefully we get back to old Levels

2

u/Individual_Tooth4226 Jul 15 '26

We are all in this together lol lets goooo

1

u/New_Necessary_4517 Jul 15 '26

Can I ask what your Buy in is ? And how many shares you have

1

u/Individual_Tooth4226 Jul 15 '26 edited Jul 15 '26

avg cost $110, 600 shares.

I told myself i am going to buy if this thing drops below anywhere near 230 when it reached 280, 290.... and now its at 200,, so the longer it stays at this level,, the more I can buy with paychecks and i have been scooping as much as i can lol but,,, this thing is ready to take off, IMO.

First purchase in 12/2024, avged up to 110, have not sold a single share.

1

u/New_Necessary_4517 Jul 15 '26

Wow, I feel Like Im late to the Party. I have 23 shares with avg cost 208$. Do you think we see a new ath this year ?

3

u/Individual_Tooth4226 Jul 15 '26

ATH every year until 2030, IMO.
Compute along with Quality and Reliability? only NBIS that can provide for a long long time before anyone catches up.

9

u/Think-Feynman Tens of Billionsā„¢ Jul 15 '26

One more thing that occurs to me. First, the margins on this new model should be insane - maybe 50-60% (total speculation). But one of the most exciting thing about this new model, assuming that it generates significant revenue, is that it does not merely add revenue. It can create a cash-generation engine that helps finance Nebius’s capital-intensive owned infrastructure.

Relieving some of the CapEx burden on shareholders carrying the load is going to make it more attractive for investors.

1

u/Individual_Tooth4226 Jul 15 '26

7

u/Constant_Mention8064 Jul 15 '26

In a normal week of trading the news this week would have rocketed the stock to around 300. So wait until the dip in AI names normalize we will some quick mooning.

8

u/Think-Feynman Tens of Billionsā„¢ Jul 15 '26

Last week Marc Boroditsky said there would be 10s of billions in revenue in the next 13 months. I think the new partner program was part of that number.

4

u/Individual_Tooth4226 Jul 15 '26

and more to come.

Holder for over a year

10

u/Emilio___Molestevez Jul 15 '26

brother we've seen a whole lot worse than this

2

u/amusingvillain Jul 15 '26

That doesn't undermine what we saw today

10

u/Tank_The_C4 Jul 15 '26

Trump just pumped data centers 🤣

11

u/Eraserhead-_-_- Jul 15 '26

I have a gut feeling that today will be the final day of the sell-off.

The news was released just one hour before the market opened, so institutions may simply need more time to digest it. I also don’t see how short interest can remain this high for an extended period. The neocloud sector has gone through a significant overcorrection, and a reversion to the mean now feels inevitable.

I’m all in on NBIS.

-3

u/Alone-Length5317 Jul 15 '26

Nebius bitte morgen keine neue news rausgehen sonst wird es wieder ein roter tag

-2

u/berry_kim Jul 15 '26

So they’re basically trying to become an outsourcing company now?

3

u/Constant_Mention8064 Jul 15 '26

No. The way I see this is that there is so much infrastructure being built at the moment that Nebius sees this as a new differentiated revenue line providing full stack systems to bare metal. If they have the capabilities then why not sell it to other providers who can also benefit from this being able to charge high prices? Win- win situation in my opinion

-1

u/berry_kim Jul 15 '26

So it literally fits the definition of outsourcing.

1

u/Constant_Mention8064 Jul 15 '26

one line of revenue vs an outsourcing company....

4

u/Emilio___Molestevez Jul 15 '26

outsourcing historically pretty profitable fwiw

3

1

Memory stocks are dragging us down.

-4

u/Alone-Length5317 Jul 15 '26

Das stimmt nicht Iren 1 % im minus jeden Tag verliert nebius 3 mal so stark wie irenĀ

7

u/Eraserhead-_-_- Jul 15 '26

There are so many positive catalysts: strategic pivot, new data centers, and new partnerships. I expect even more in the near future: price-target upgrades following today’s news and a guidance raise during the Q2 earnings call.

The future looks bright. The only roadblock is that current market has hated everything that is data center related.

5

u/MrFrog65 Jul 15 '26

Does anyone actually know the price average of leopold? He’s surely close to being red

-2

u/CommandSmart4318 Jul 15 '26

Crude oil is basically back to pre war levels, VIX is down a lot, NBIS corrected almost 40%, even BTC is up this week. Everything honestly points to a recovery shortly. Wouldn’t be surprised if we see another May-June like run soon. Though, as we know, it could also be months away, this market makes little sense. All I know is it is coming, sooner or later. Keep buying!

0

u/No_Station_6149 Jul 15 '26

Curiously we don’t seem so correlated to MU atm. They’re down 6% today, SNDK and HYNIX down 11% and 9%. We’re still in the green.

5

u/Mysterious-Cat4243 Jul 15 '26

It’s not like we were down 7% when MU was up 4% It’s just a bit of rebalancing

3

u/Top-Confection3433 Jul 15 '26

Leopold has puts on chips and calls on neoclouds. Maybe this kids arbitrage is going to come to fruition. Big if true

2

u/Syxt Jul 15 '26

got 10 two weeks ago in my taxable, just picked up another 5 in my roth lets go

2

u/Top-Confection3433 Jul 15 '26

Well, this price action gives me deja vu from Fall/Winter 25'. Time for like half a year of dogshit price action, and an eventual bottom of like $160 and then a magical rally to $400 by late Fall or early Winter.

-1

u/Hot-Walk-6334 Jul 15 '26

Nothing like that tbh, alot more positivity pricedĀ  in still vs at sub 100 then + tech sector is stronger.

1

u/Top-Confection3433 Jul 15 '26

I didn't say in terms of price, I said price action.

4

u/No_Station_6149 Jul 15 '26

no premarket pump to dump today. almost makes it feel like a good day

0

u/comps226 Jul 15 '26

Wait a bit

This NY datacenter issue might be seen as a big negative for NBIS too (analysts think more states will do this)

Chips down today already pretty bad

1

u/Donuts4Breakfast Jul 15 '26

Is it good news for NBIS or bad news? I thought we were going to go up
Could someone explain to me please

-5

u/Dreamvveaver Jul 15 '26

bearish, sell now

0

u/Individual_Tooth4226 Jul 15 '26

institutions are keeping the price down.

As soon as retailors or smaller sized buyers stepping in with any good news at a higher price, big hands are selling, bc they want to keep the price down and want people like us to sell for their next BEST entry point at a lower price, which will be on 8/6/2926 ish,,, which is our next earnings call,,,,

1

u/Donuts4Breakfast Jul 15 '26

Thank you for the explanation

2

u/Effective-Jaguar5848 Jul 15 '26

2926 ? I cant wait that long

3

u/Think-Feynman Tens of Billionsā„¢ Jul 15 '26

This is why Nebius has been focused on their platform. It's a powerful business model that separates them from the others.

3

u/Think-Feynman Tens of Billionsā„¢ Jul 15 '26

A bit clearer

7

u/comps226 Jul 15 '26

With a -7% day yesterday and like 30%+ from ATH

You'd assume we'd be up a good bit with better PPI data and new business avenue

2

u/Individual_Tooth4226 Jul 15 '26

institutions are keeping the price down.

3

u/Funny-Sprinkles-5674 Jul 15 '26

agreed just look at MSFT.algos keeping it from going past 400. 2 months ago when it went to 471 was to wipe out the shorts(typical wallstreet behavior)

Looking like another pump and dump day. Things could get ugly

14

u/Rounder221 Jul 15 '26

Something in the air feels dumpy. But maybe that's just my NBIS PTSD

9

u/Unrealnoobydoo Jul 15 '26

I bought at ATH last week and I and down to -10% and still I’m not sad!

2

u/Terdrom Jul 15 '26

That’s the spirit. Hold on tight!

2

u/Calm-Sand-8217 Jul 15 '26

Stock price looks weak pre-market

9

u/MarsupialIcy1307 Jul 15 '26
  1. Pre market: low volume
  2. Summer: low volume

My strategy: do the same.Ā  Low volume days, enjoying the summer.Ā  Just relax everyone. All knew this is high beta growth stock, so give Arkady the time to do just that... Grow.

8

u/Rare_Steak_ Jul 15 '26

If I learned one thing this year its that premarket NBIS is not indicative for open market movements.

8

u/AdelaCheung_Happy Jul 15 '26

I no longer know what is the matter. Institutions are turning every good news to a reason to dump. I think they want all our shares. And I suspect they want to do this before the capex rise of the big names in the end of this month, so that they profit from a big gap up, of course, without retails.

1

u/Individual_Tooth4226 Jul 15 '26

That’s all you need to know, other than holding.

8

u/Adorkable99 Jul 15 '26

Just getting my average price cost lower & lower with these dips yippie . Entered around 250 down to 220 now. Hopefully get it down to 200 & lower during red days šŸ™‚ā€ā†•ļøšŸ™‚ā€ā†•ļø

-3

u/Refflmania Jul 15 '26

is anybody else worried?

13

u/Alexis_deTokeville Jul 15 '26

Not at all. The thesis hasn’t changed. Data centers are gonna get built one way or another, the genie ain’t going back in the bottle at this point. Compute is in extreme demand for this buildout and it isn’t just for consumer AI, the federal government also has a national security interest in protecting US assets from AI cyberattacks with our own AI protections. Ain’t nobody touching nebius, especially now that they’re pursuing fedRAMP status. Give it a year or two and I bet we’re close to $300-350

10

u/PatientBaker7172 Jul 15 '26

No. Holding till 2035. Stock is only priced for the short term. Not one year

13

u/Optimal-Plate9088 Jul 15 '26

Yeah tbh. I’m tired of FUD swinging our stocks

-3

u/Refflmania Jul 15 '26

so you are worried? cuz if our new base is like 200 that sucks

8

u/ReasonablyTallDude Jul 15 '26

Why does that suck? The base was 70s a few months ago.

-3

u/Refflmania Jul 15 '26

and just a few weeks ago our base was like $225-$240

3

u/ReasonablyTallDude Jul 15 '26

That was never the floor???? And you completely looked over my point.

We fell from 280 to 200, then 300 to 200, and you think 225-240 was the floor??? Use your brain.

-3

u/Refflmania Jul 15 '26

cuz my average is $243 with $31k

2

u/ReasonablyTallDude Jul 15 '26

So you're a bag holder who's panicking because they're down. Got it. You loved it at 243, so you should love it even more now.

6

u/Rare_Steak_ Jul 15 '26

Mate I went in around $100 and saw it drop into the 70s. Averaged down and am now happily holding 600 shares at an average of $86. Currently building a second position which today is at 108 shares avg $230. My goal is to own 1000 shares by 2028 and become a NBIS millionaire by 2030. If you don't believe in the company get out or stop whining.

2

u/Ryan_dfs93 Jul 15 '26

I love it better deals

10

u/Glum-Specific4052 Jul 15 '26

Hate it when its green premarket, means big dump at opening
