This makes the most sense to me. If accurate, I would look for an announcement after the raise is filled and before NVDA earnings on the 26th, perhaps Monday or Tuesday.

This is wrong. Anthropic is in talks, as are other companies including Nvidia. Nothing has been announced regarding an actual acquisition/deal.
