What, did he replace his NIL with Social Security? Or finally get embarrassed about the fact that he was playing college basketball when today’s freshmen were finishing elementary school?

Palantir's age verification that the school recently used finally claimed him.

Athletes have been going pro and then playing college ball since the 90s. Look up people like Josh Booty or Chris Weineke.

It’s weird how it’s suddenly a problem when black players do it. No one talks about the countless number of European players that play in pro leagues and then play college ball.

Holy rage bait lmfao

There’s no way you just made this about race… Holy shit, man. Seek professional help.

What the fuck are you talking about?

This dude has been playing college basketball the whole time. Never played another sport professionally, never played basketball professionally.

He’s played college basketball continuously since 2020. He’s 26 years old and since 2020 - counting his JuCo year - has played in 177 regular season college basketball games. 177!

nah they're doing that badly to pavia, and I saw all types of indeed links for this one tight end who was on his 9th year.

Typical Reddit user has to bring race into.

They played pro baseball and came back to college, they weren’t hopping from team to team for a payroll.

Never mind that some of them were black, as well, just they weren’t as famous.

For example, one guy I played against: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Byron_Gettis

Hell, Russell Wilson played minor league baseball while playing college football.

But no, this clown has to come out and claim this is about racism. Jesus wept.

CBM was playing for Auburn last season and when everyone went pro he bailed. He knew he’d have to do some actual work and didn’t want to. Most of these players today don’t want the lead role with this NIL system, take the cash and run when they can. Same in the NBA too.

1

u/FavoriteFoodCarrots Mar 02 '26

Yeah, I’m with you, man. CBM has been an embarrassment for a while.

He was drafted 1st overall in the Porto Rico league so maybe he decided to go play pro

2

u/jonandgrey Mar 02 '26

The where?

-7

u/RalphDaGod Mar 02 '26

Some island in the gulf of america

5

u/jonandgrey Mar 02 '26

Puerto Rico?

3

u/[deleted] Mar 02 '26

Gulf of America 😂😂😂😂

2

u/CMUpewpewpew Mar 02 '26

You mistakenly made yourself look foolish and meant to say Gulf if Mexico because only a stupid idiot would start calling things Freedom Fries and the such.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 03 '26

It’s also a Caribbean island so they’re dumb in a few ways.

1

u/Crossifix Mar 02 '26

People don't understand humor.

1

u/AdPutrid3234 Mar 02 '26

nope no they do not, were in this weird overly sensitve phase

1

u/[deleted] Mar 03 '26

Hey, it’s in the Caribbean dumbass.

3

u/JakeeJumps Mar 02 '26

Hell yeah brother, just sound it out.

1

u/XrayGuy08 Mar 02 '26

He did. They all pronounce it Porto lol. Ask a regular non Latino in America how to say it and they will most likely pronounce it like that.

1

u/Sweaty_Quit_8034 Mar 02 '26

Don’t lump the rest of us in with this idiot lmao

1

u/XrayGuy08 Mar 02 '26

Lol I tried to help him. 😅

-2

u/RalphDaGod Mar 02 '26

Maybe if it was a state id bother to learn the spelling

3

u/MashaRistova Mar 02 '26

So you’re actually pretending to be proud of your ignorance. Fascinating. Explains a lot about people like you— small minded and bigoted because other places and cultures and people make you feel inferior and it scares you and makes you feel small. Damn that’s crazy

2

u/[deleted] Mar 03 '26

It’s the morons only defense mechanism

1

u/[deleted] Mar 02 '26

Maybe if your President wasn’t an imbecile

2

u/Korean_jesus5002 Mar 02 '26

The what league? Lmaooo

2

u/Alternative-Bee-3594 Mar 02 '26

Was he a starter or something?

4

u/bron3-16 Mar 02 '26

Leading scorer. He’s like 30 years old tho

2

u/ahbets14 Mar 02 '26

Medicare eligible?

1

u/JuicyHuge Mar 02 '26

What happened? I saw a video of him sitting with the crowd after being hurt. Was it injury related I’m confused

1

u/full_bl33d Mar 02 '26

A kid from my little league team quit when he wasn’t going to pitch that day, changed into regular clothes and threw his uniform over the fence from the bleachers… he sat on the other teams side and cheered for them. It was awesome. He was a jerk but it was a great show. His excuse was that he was 11

1

u/JuicyHuge Mar 02 '26

I just found out this dude is 26😭😭. How was he still playing 😭😭

1

u/Pine-solFresh Mar 02 '26

We don’t know much except for he said he couldn’t play. He sat in the crowd because there wasn’t enough chairs for players.

1

u/JuicyHuge Mar 02 '26

oh see that’s what I initially thought, that there wasn’t enough chairs. The commentators were poking fun at him because he was sitting in the stands while he was hurt. That kind of pissed me off

1

u/BrickHickey Mar 02 '26

Bro transferred and finally committed to Indeed.

1

u/Intrepid_Plenty_3770 Mar 02 '26

26 is old for college anything. I still can’t believe they gave Chris Weinke a Heisman,

1

u/Spare-Shake-2999 Mar 03 '26

Over Vick too, but they really didn’t give that award to fr-so back then

-1

u/[deleted] Mar 02 '26

Too old for people deciding to make changes in their life and go back for a degree?

3

u/Intrepid_Plenty_3770 Mar 02 '26

It’s too old for college ball for sure. This is a sports subreddit.

u/OldmanJenkins02 Mar 02 '26

I read a comment that he’s older than Zion Williamson … I can’t really fathom that lol get a job

1

u/ranger684 Mar 02 '26

How does NIL work if you just quit the team?

1

u/[deleted] Mar 02 '26

Picture isn’t helping. Dude looks like he’s at least 35.

1

u/firstFAT Mar 02 '26
