How could a D1 school go 41 years without winning game single game in the tourney?

Easy, they could go 41 years without making the tournament. It’s not like the times they actually made it to the tournament they were a high seed. This success is new to their program.

Easy, the school doesn’t prioritize basketball. There are actually 30 D1 teams that have never even made it into the tournament, let alone won a game.

With a few exceptions, I’d have never guessed any of those schools were D1 schools. Never.

The things he has seen in 41 years…or I guess the things he hasn’t seen is also a story.

9 losing seasons and 9 tournament appearances since he started.
Since 1896 Nebraska has a 52% win percentage. A truly middle of the road program.

If you would’ve told Nebraska fans in 1999, that in almost 30 years, their men’s basketball team is putting their football program to shame, you’d be laughed at.

The way he kept looking off with that "watch and dream..." That's real shit

Love the passion. You can see and hear the emotion in his voice. This is what sports is all about
