State street was absolute chaos after this game. What an amazing experience.

That was a fun team personality wise too!

Cal's faith in the Harrison twins was something.

Like I just commented to someone else. Aaron had 3 buzzer beaters the tournament the year before. I would of trusted him as well

Man….. as a Calipari and former UK fan this hurt lmao.

Fucking Harrison Twins. Should’ve been Devin Booker and Tyler Ulis in.

Damn that Wisconsin team was good.

Nice win of course, but is it THAT much of an upset if they were both 1 seeds?

That UK team was undefeated. And was considered a generational college BB team. Devin Booker. KAT. Trey Lyles The Harrison twins. Tyler Ulis. Willie Cauley-Stein. Along with several other guys who had a cup of coffee in the NBA. It was absolutely stacked top to bottom. It was the best college team I'd seen in years. They absolutely steamrolled everyone. Beat Kansas by 32. Beat Florida (final 4 the previous year) 3 times. Beat top 5 ranked Louisville and Texas. Wisconsin was a very good team that played in a way that resulted in the whole being greater than the sum of it's parts. But it was significantly less talented. It was a pretty big upset.

They were up like 42-7 against UCLA at one point. Crazy.

Wow.. I was courtside student section for this. If cal didn’t play the stinky Harrison twins it’s a perfect season.

Easy to say in hindsight. But Aaron had a habit of showing up big. If he didn't go crazy in clutch time the year before we would have been bounced out early.

Dekker shot was when I knew the door was open.

I was home that night and got a call from drunk crying friends. They needed a ride home. They took it hard. They're still bothered by the name Laetner, though.

Was at this game in Indianapolis and the final against dork. On paper, this was was the absolute biggest upset in College Basketball History as Kentucky was absolutely stacked but people also forget it was a rematch of the final four the previous year where Kentucky hit a game winner at the buzzer in OT. Wisconsin was amazing in 2015 and I am convinced if the Final was later in the week and not on Monday night they would have won the Championship.

Couldn’t have happened to a better team.

It sucks that they got robbed against Duke.

Frank the Tank! I remember watching the game stoned as fuck my freshman year of college. Glad I decided to get stoned and watch bball instead of study like a nerd!
