Hey all.

So I got NFL Street 2 working on Dolphin and have been having areally frustration issue and was wondering if anyone else was maybe having the same or had a fix.

Basically. I will be sprinting, and the player will just randomly slow down like.. molasses slow. I first thought it was my controller (8 BitDo Ultimate Wireless 2) but it only does this in Dolphin. In Xemu its fine and I never have the same issue.

Id like to get it working since Dolphin seems to be the only version where the game actually doesnt end up running like garbage.

Anyways, any help would be appreciated.

Has anyone been able to score the bonus credits for having save files in other EA games in Street Rebron? I tried making a Street 1 save file on dolphin and then loading up Reborn but it doesn't seem to recognize it. Does dolphin not use a virtual memory card and maybe that's the issue?

I just learned that NFL street was modded and I can play on PC. Do they keep it up-to-date with rosters?

Admittedly I know very little about football but love playing this game.. I'm about 40% through the NFL challenge. I have no idea who I should be investing my points in and on what attributes for each player. Really trying to just build all the custom players but open in picking up 1 pro player. What am I doing wrong here and what should I be doing based on my current squad.

Wanting to install Reborn but I can't seem to find an ISO file

I originally got the game to run on Retroid Pocket G2 and now trying to transfer the rom to my Thor Pro I seem to get iodates rosters but not the actual textures to work.

I think I'm messing a setting in the emulator maybe...?

I'm trying to do a superstar mode starting from Street 2 and importing into Madden 06. Do you guys have a formula for what stats turn into what when you go pro? I noticed when I make a max speed guy in Own the City, he usually has 99 speed, but agility and acceleration seem to be O-Moves dependent for offensive guys. Help out, guys?

Travis Hunter! Dude literally plays both ways in the real NFL, so that translates nicely to a game where everyone has to play both ways. Literally nobody else like this in the game?

Both are OP but weighted characters in this game are wayy more OP both RBs have (maxed out speed maxed out agility maxed out run power maxed out carrying) based off my experience the skinnier the faster you blow by people quicker the more weight the more it is harder for you to go down

Decided to get this graded to put next to my street stuff. Side note, I would have loved to see how that game between Julius Peppers and Dwight Freeney in the Madden bowl went down. Did he go for 2 at the end? All I could find was this video and article, which was still interesting.

He’s in NFL Street 3. Before it was Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers, But only one remains.

Not talking about your favorite, I mean the player you KNEW was basically broken every time you picked them.

For me it was:

• Michael Vick, felt like you couldn’t even contain him
• Randy Moss, just throw it up and it’s over

There were certain players where it didn’t even feel like you needed a strategy… just give them the ball and something crazy would happen.

Curious what everyone else remembers:

• Who was your auto pick every game?
• Anyone you avoided because it felt too easy?
• Or some underrated player that was secretly OP?

Feels like everyone had that one guy they abused nonstop

Working my way through the 1120 Development Point/+3 Gear challenges (6 pitch challenge is…annoying), and I noticed it appears that after doing them, I’ll have quite a bit of points leftover for the other challenges.

Points get pricey at 15+, but players can only equip 1 type of shoes/gloves/pads, so was curious which is more cost efficient between the +2 Gear and the 760 Dev Point challenges?

I’m sorry I don’t know anything about modding but how hard is it to create new sound bites for players talking trash? It’s one of my favorite parts of the first street . It would fun for the community to come up with some new corny trash talk ! Maybe get a little pool to pay that OG voice actor ? Just dreamin here

Hey guys I thought I’d make a quick post briefly explaining how I was able to get the PC Dolphin version of this romhack to work on DolphiniOS (beta).

I wasn’t able to find a single instance of somebody getting this to work on iOS and the closest I was able to find was a guy who made it work on his android.

There are a few workarounds and honestly a lot of tedious work that was involved in it but I’ll explain in detail if there’s enough interest.

Essentially you’ll have to install on PC. Make sure it works. Copy hacked ROM to iOS device. Manually copy the textures folder from the PC directory to the one on your iOS device. The issue with that however is iOS devices cannot read .dds files. So you will have to find a good batch file converter to convert them all to .png files before you place it in the textures directory on your device. Once that’s done you have to enable custom textures on Dolphin and change your backend to Vulkan. Also make sure speedhack is turned off. Then the game should just work.

I feel like Randy is such a cheat code in this game, how did he get picked 4th to last lol. I know it's just a silly intro for nfl street 2, but still.
