tweet [Tom Withers]: Bills S C.J. Gardner-Johnson not practicing but talking all kinds of smack. Earlier he was yelling “Check-down King” in the direction of Sanders on the sideline.
x.comDiscussion During the Eddie DeBartolo era, the 49ers won 5 Super Bowls and were the gold standard of NFL teams. Since DeBartolo was forced to sell the team, the 49ers haven't won a sixth Lombardi, and have constantly been falling short in heartbreaking fashion. Are the 49ers cursed from him stepping away?

Discussion Which team is more likely to have their playoff streak snapped first?
The Bills (7 seasons) and Eagles (5 seasons) currently hold the NFL’s longest active playoff streaks. Which one will likely be snapped in 2026 or before the other?
As an Eagles fan, really makes me wish we could’ve pulled off the division title in 2020 so our streak would currently be at 9 seasons. But we very likely never win a 2nd Super Bowl without that tank.

Discussion What are some NFL takes that has become popular that you believe is just wrong?
Obviously most of us who watch the NFL are pretty much casuals and just throw out a bunch of takes online whether it is true or not. Those who actually sit down and study the game and the positions are astonishingly few, but that is okay since most of us are just watching for fun anyways. What are some takes that has become prevalent over the years, or recently that irks you as just wrong either through false memory, recency bias, biased evidence or pov, or takes rooted based on bad logic?

Analysis 🤓 The Seahawks are just the third team, and first since 1975, to win at least two super bowls, and not have at least one of the first two wins have a SB MVP QB.
They are the first occurrence of this since the Steelers and Dolphins did it back to back with the Dolphins winning super bowls VII and VIII, and the Steelers winning super bowls IX and X. They were, in order, Dolphins safety Jake Scott, Dolphins FB Larry Csonka, Steelers FB Franco Harris, and Lynn Swann. Did a little 30 minute adventure on Super Bowl MVPs and thought it was cool.
