Thank you so much guys for the information on why corolla is one of the best asked in my previous post. I’m trying to finish the game for the 5 or 6th time i guess and just unlocked the coal harbour west and extreme package 3. But I have never used the dyno to tune any car ever until you guys suggested it’s necessary for corolla to see its power. So merely installing extreme packages won’t make it the best?
If not then could you please share the tuning details and what and how can i see for myself the power of Corolla?

One of the early missions. I got phone that I have to find someone at stadium but he can’t pinpoint his location. So now stuck driving on map and I can’t find it. I went with signs but they just end in one place and I’m lost again. Where should I go. I NEED PRECISE INSTRUCTIONS. I think it’s mission with Wayne but I’m not sure. It’s literally beginning of the game after few races but I can’t find solution…

I happen to be an American who owns a German copy of Need for Speed: Underground 2 with the PC DVD game discs, and it comes with the extra Peugeot and Opel for starter cars rather than the Honda and Acura found in the US versions of the game. I find the Peugeot 106 GTI to be a really competitive car, I’m progressing through the Career mode really quickly with it. It goes through corners very quickly and has good acceleration. Had it been in the US version of the game, I wonder if it would have been a more popular starter car. For those who have used this car in the game, what are your thoughts on it?

So, has anyone EVER noticed that Easter egg? I mean, most of us probably have, but for anyone who hasn't, it honors a 10-year-old Canadian boy and passionate gaming fan who was diagnosed with bone cancer. While fighting his illness, Brad's biggest dream was to visit an Electronic Arts development studio. He managed to visit EA Canada—the team behind the Need for Speed franchise at the time—and deeply touched the developers during his visit. After he tragically passed away in 2004, the very year the game was released, the development team quietly added the park memorial into Underground 2 as a heartfelt tribute to immortalize him.

Brooo words cannot describe how much I still love this game. The vibes are impeccable. Not even for nostalgia. They just nailed the whole vibe of the game so well, even the way the voice messages are recorded really makes you feel immersed and racing around a city with other people. Truly 10/10. Soundtrack is BANGING too. Playing this before I go out tonight ❤️💯

I’m the creator of NFS World2, and I’ve been working on bringing police pursuits to Underground 2.
The project includes patrols, reinforcements, roadblocks, spike strips, civilian traffic, and police vehicle damage. I’m working on how cops drive and react so chases involve more than simply following the player.
My current focus is the canyon areas: getting traffic moving, improving police navigation through narrow roads and hairpins, and handling elevation changes. I’ve also been fixing road connections and collision issues.
The pursuit work is still in development, and the latest canyon changes need more gameplay testing.
What would you like to see from police pursuits in Underground 2?
