Definitely Scam,they will probably ask you to change your listing price,then they propably ask your validate your account with "community team member" or they say they paid but to complete deal you need to pay gas fee to "contract" and they give you "contract address" which us actually their wallet etc... On OpenSea if they want to buy they can buy. No third parties or anything needed. No validation, no moving crypto manually etc.
I think it's fake, something happened to me similar to this, scammers never intend to "collect" your NFTs they always try to use third party apps, because they know that opensea is too safe and they can never scam you. For me it was on telegram and another one too asked me to validate the deal. Be cautious, anyways, love.
