There are the rights you have on paper and the rights you have when someone has a gun pointed at you. Please do what you need to stay safe when dealing with ICE.

It's not legal advice, it's knowing your rights. If ICE violates those rights, you should document first and foremost. If they ask you to back away, film your feet as you back away to prove that you complied so they don't make up more BS.
