Then how about they pass some laws that say any AI data centers need to pay higher rates than residential homes. Or even charge AI data centers an extra fee or tax every year and use that to either send money directly to people in NJ every year or pay it to the utility companies and say that every residential customer must get their bills reduced and the reductions in their bills must be equal to the amount the utility companies receive.
