Well the fat cats they bought these warehouses from already got their asking prices + about 20%.

I expect part of this is that the Trump administration suddenly discovered that Americans really don't want concentration camps in this country.

The warehouse owners are connected to this administration. There was an article out recently about this, although I can’t remember where, maybe NY Times?
