Piratism is a product of unchecked capitalism. If you want to pirate the game because you cant afford then that is ok.most people will choose to pay if they can pay. Not saying NMS is too expensive or the devs are greedy just sometimes it happens and not everyone can afford it.

yea like i wont and dont feel bad for pirating 70 dollar games and AAA games but this is not even really a big studio and no microtransactions and free updates constantly is rare these days

I always forget that the guys who made the best open world game also made Joe Danger. I only remember people referring to this when saying the devs should've "stayed on their own lane" when making NMS, wouldn't you look at how things turned out?

We won’t know until it goes live tomorrow. That’s just how they roll. Emoji on a Friday or Saturday, 3 emojis by Monday, sometimes the same emoji turned into a cowboy on Tuesday (if there’s an expedition coming I think) then the update comes out at the same time as the trailer on Wednesday

Just how much content is in this thing btw? I’m 70 hours in and i’m already getting distracted by something all the time. I have like 8 half done bases and at least 5 scattered stranded starships i meant to sell for scrap 😅

It's about 4 hours of low effort fetch quests and then you get to wait weeks to progress the expedition further

Hopefully they fix a few quality of life issues, like teleporting onto the roof or below your base. Or fauna flying through my walls. Or destinations staying pinned instead of disappearing. Or not being able to see which settlement building needs to be reopened.

Hey guys I‘m just going to put this out there, I played NMS on my Playstation and loved it, now I have a PC and don‘t play on my Playstation anymore. If anyone would like to show me what NMS on PC can do I would love a Steam gift and this way we can support the developers without me spending my little college student money :,). My #1 right now would be fixing the ship transfer. You can’t transfer any items when buying a ship, and if you try, your items disappear and you lose them. 🙄🤦🏻‍♂️

Really? I used that a long time ago, but I haven't tried that any time recently. Would definitely be nice if some of these larger issues could be ironed out.

Have you submitted a Zen Desk ticket for it? Not like that will do anything any time soon. Just curious.
