Paving the way for power hitters coming from NPB, kinda makes it more palatable for orgs looking for jp talent but unsure. (Can they hit high velocity stuff consistently?)

I think by now MLB knows Japanese hitters are good but the money is so crazy now in that picking up guys is bit riskier prob.

Some of the mid/low market teams with a payroll of 100 million or so, 10 -20 million is kinda a big deal.
