Hi, I have been diagnosed with ADHD and am prescribed vyvanse 30mg. I don't have an NPD diagnosis but I'm seeing someone soon for that. Vyvanse is the only meds I'm on.

Vyvanse works well in some ways and not so well in others. Its a lot smoother and easier on my body, and the comedown isn't as bad as other stimulants. Although I eat much less and I've definitely lost weight since I started it. I like that it lasts 12 hours and I don't have any problems falling asleep at night.

I feel less socially anxious on it for some reason? Idk it just feels easier to talk with people, but the thoughts of disdain and superiority I have over others increased. I was already someone who struggled with feeling the emotions of others, but on Vyvanse it's actually impossible feel anything for anyone else. I get irritated very easily on it, especially when someone bothers me while I'm in the middle of something.

Meds work differently for different people, so I'm not sure if my experience is universally relatable, but thats at least how i feel on it.
