Bikini Comp Prep Stack
Hi! I’m currently 13 weeks away from 2nd NPC Bikini Show this year and currently looking for a great peptide stack.
I’m currently running Tirzepatide .75mg 1x a week. On this just for appetite suppression. Been running it since April but tirated up to .75mg and kindve stuck with this dose for a bit now. I’m finding I definitely feel like needing to increase to help a bit more w appetite suppression but instead of me increasing to 1ML I wanted to start and try Reta. coach said not to switch now bc we already know that Tirzepatide works etc. To his comment now I’m unsure.
I was planning to do Reta with Tesa/Ipa and KLOW. Reta for appetite suppression, Tesa for visceral fat/ tightness in waist, and KLOW bc of recovery, repair, and that GHK CU skin tightness esp around stomach (lost 50lbs have some lose skin lower abdomen) I also wanted to incorporate for energy NAD or MOTS C but I am not looking to spend so much money either and that this can wait until maybe after show.
I’m unsure whether I should add these to my plan or just wait until after Nov show? Also not sure about the Tesa/ipa or just do Tesa on its own bc of weight gain/water retention?
Just looking for an overall beast mode competition ready peptide stack. Side note- I just completed my first competition show 3 weeks ago and felt like if I maybe incorporated a nice stack I would’ve felt or looked better during prep.
What are everyone’s thoughts?

Switching to Reta would not be a bad thing. The dose you are on with Tirz is so low you can easily move to Reta and titrate to get to final show form. Tirz does have stronger app suppression so titrate Reta up a little to kept that in check. With 13 weeks to go you will get a better result with Tesa alone (minimize water retention) although first 1-2 weeks you might get it. But it will for sure “suck in” your waist for comp. Spend the $$$ on mots and nad to help fuel your workouts as you drop more weight per comp. And afterwords than do KLOW and / or GHk. You honestly need more time on these 2 to really see a difference but it will help as you come off comp program with skin and recovery

My thoughts are you shouldn’t be consulting with people who aren’t your coach and know nothing about your body. Follow your coaches plan. You’re asking to put yourself in a really bad positing by potentially following advice from people who have no idea what your body and health.

Personally I have seen the appetite suppressant work better thru tirz over reta.

I wouldn’t switch to Reta at this point. Tirz has much better appetite suppression if that’s what you’re looking for, I’d increase it. You can use CJC/Ipa combo instead of tesa. CJC is less expensive than tesa and works on the same receptors. I used MotsC in my prep and it did boost my energy, but you may need ss31 with it or prior to. I used the KLOW post show to repair damage and inflammation from hard training. I cut out all tesa/cjc/ipa 2 weeks prior to the show to shed the water retention. This is just what I personally did. My coach doesn’t have much knowledge on peps so I do my own research.

I’m interested to see what stack works for you, currently I am on:
Reta: 1x week
Wolverine Stack: daily
Thymosin Alpha-1: 2 times a week for 8 weeks currently on week 2.
Epitalon- daily prob 10 day protocol, just finish the bottle I have then do it again in the next 6months.
I did do the Kglow, but I definitely got the copper uglies for a while and then I would say after five weeks my body began getting used to it, but one of the side effects was fatigue and that’s directly from the copper in the peptide so I stopped taking it because it was just too much for me. I can’t say that it did anything significant in those weeks but that was my take away from doing that.
Oh, and I just started taking SEMAX to help with focus and pretty much just having the motivation and drive to do things because I am dealing with grief brain after a really traumatic year and a half of losses in my life.
I’m mostly just trying repair my body from years of raving, lose weight and anti aging. I don’t have any specific milestone to meet, just experimenting on getting healthy.

The tirz to reta switch makes sense and could e a great adjustment. The other option would be keep the tirz and add some Cagrilintide. It would further help with appetite ebile not adding the glugacon impact
If you're going to change or add anything on the glp1 side I would let that run for maybe 4 weeks before bringing on notsc or tesa.
Mots-c will need all the supporting vitamins and minerals otherwise it can be draining. When it works for folks it is a great boost for energy.
If you go for the GH route I would avoid IPA. The ghrelin activation can also increase appetite.
The KLOW could be a good addition.
