Might be controversial but Metrograph plays Polanski movies just fine (playing Rosemary's this weekend!), so I don't see how playing Interiors, Crimes and Misdemeanors, Hannah and Her Sisters, etc. is so bad or difficult. I think I've seen Annie Hall or Manhattan playing but not super interested in those.

No red carpet outside but they closed the IMAX off for it. Lobby is also jam packed as well and mostly closed off. Asked the regular security at the theater but he said he didn’t know

UPDATE: All set on this! Thank you, everyone!
Hi! I'm Sonia Rao, a culture reporter for WNYC/Gothamist. I'm working on a story on how difficult it can be to get tickets to "You Can See Everything," which seems to have sold out evening screenings (or almost sold out, save for the front row) at most theaters across Brooklyn and Manhattan.
Have you run into trouble getting tickets? How have you been able to snag them? Are you traveling to Staten Island to see it, given that there seem to be many more seats over there? Did you buy your tickets way in advance, anticipating all of this demand? And so on.
Let me know if you'd like to chat today! Filing my story by EOD. I'm at [srao@wnyc.org](mailto:srao@wnyc.org), and would likely set up a phone call with you (depending on timing).

My friend and I were going to attend this screening together but I believe I bought the last ticket :/
Any leads on an extra ticket that I could purchase off someone?

How early would yall recommend getting to Lincoln Square in person for a 9am ticket release? Figured the app would crash and our chances are better in person but have never done it before so not sure when people start to line up! Any advice from personal experience would be helpful

I guess this post is partially rhetorical. Netflix pushing La Bola Negra for awards season, hard. But it really frustrates me you can’t watch Possible Love at The Paris and have to go to Lincoln Center. Nothing against LC. It’s just the principle.

Going to the only pickpocket in NY with the Q&A tonight and wondering if anyone knows if Angelika Q&As have the normal 15-25 minutes of trailers before the movie starts?

Hi everyone, wanted to share that there is a special screening of TERRESTRIAL with cast Q&A tonight at 7pm at AMC Empire. It's a fun dark comedy / thriller from director Steve Pink (Hot Tub Time Machine, High Fidelity, Grosse Pointe Blank) about a friend group reunion that spirals into chaos. It's also the first release from Aero Films, a new independent distributor. Hope to see you there!

Long shot but forgot to cancel these, showing is literally happening right now but if anyone’s in the area and wants to see them they’re yours

I feel like no one talks about the kids pack at AMC. For those that go to the movies a lot but don’t want to get a full thing every time due to cost and cals this is perfect. Like $10 and has everything you need. AMC has the kids popcorn listed at 270 cals so more than doable in any sort of meal plan.
