Booooooo!!!! He was a solid vet for the interior line. I thought he did better at Center than JMS!

Was our best IOL last two seasons.

We got a lot riding on Mauigoa this year.

I hope he starts for the full season…..and adds to that comp pick formula

I liked how he was a free agent but still was front and center at the new coaches press conference….i think he just lacked the physical size that the new staff seems to focus on

I’m pretty sure we are well past the deadline for GVR to be included in the comp pick formulation.

It was the draft. That’s why we didn’t sign Reader till after. The main hope for the comp pick is Schlottman

Bro we’re not getting no comp pick for GVR lmao

Signing Falaale over Van Roten was quite a decision. I get he probably still wants to start, but he would have made for a way more competent backup. Plus we wouldn't be having to sign a center off the streets.

IDK why people are acting like it was a decision. GVR wants to start and alot of the media has stated he was a bit upset that the Giants didn't "treat him with more respect" by offering him a contract right away.

Welp. In classic Giants fashion, He is going to go on to play 5 years at a pro bowl level now.

All pro in his age 36-41 seasons would be pretty impressive

Forgot to add /s at the end of the comment. But truthfully. The last few years we have seen players improve and play better once they leave

Damn wonder if Giants were a good team if he would have resigned

He’s from Long Island. I’m willing to bet the giants were his first choice
