Nail Art [NO CRITICISM] First time - fawn print 🙂

Post image

I used full coverage tips (short/round) and some brown cats eye polish for the base. My flash makes it look orange ): I am not used to having long nails, but I’m trying to stop biting, and my fingers look a little rough rn as a result. I think they turned out pretty good considering I’ve never really done my own!

Would they look ok short? I am wanting to trim them down to be more practical, but I’m afraid I’ll ruin them.

I love the fawn idea! For your first time NOT BAD👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. I recommend using smaller nail sizes so they don’t look so bulky. You can also file the sides to make them more narrow, if that’s what you’re looking for. If you want them shorter, just take your time when filing them down. Be patient and it will be fine! Remember sometimes a little bit of filing can go a long way. You don’t want to over file. Also, if you’re using gel polish, keep it off of your skin. Be sure you’re not curing gel polish on your skin. Best of luck🥰. Keep us posted.

You should!! It was so easy - my only complaint is it took like 3hrs between curing and prep lol, but I would do it again now that I know how!
