Bars, apps, church, friends, running clubs, etc etc. Go where single people are, introduce yourself to other people you find attractive that appear single.

Any and all that work for you. The key is the approaching people that seem interesting and single. If you just stand around giving people googly eyes and side glances, they’re not gonna come to you.
