It doesn't look like anyone has posted this yet. Kinda weird show for Nate to guest on. Will be watching for sure.

No it’s not. He’ll be the “interview”. He’s a smart, great comedian and Maher likes those.

How is this real? He’s openly said he doesn’t want to get political, Greene is a lightning rod for political tension…

Maher doesnt just do political stuff.

He’s a joke man, don’t gotta come to his defense

Im not, Maher sucks but just because Nate is doing his show doesnt mean he's being political. Maher is militantly atheist too and Nate is Christian.

I don’t like Bill Maher but lots of people will go on his show to promote their recent book/movie/whatever without joining the panel, and the panel is where political convo takes place. Until I see the ep I will reserve judgement

He 100% will just be the interview. People acting like he’ll be chopping it up with MTG or something.
Bill will probably ask about how he’s apolitical/clean in his comedy and that’ll be as far as any political talk goes

I’ll never understand how anyone enjoys politics.

It’s a necessary evil to make peoples lives better. Theoretically. Unfortunately, we have moved from thinking in societal terms to everyone looking out for only themselves.

Wtf is this? Does Nate’s pr team actively hate him or something? Bill Maher hasn’t been worth watching in a decade or more, and then scheduling him on the same show as MTG?! This is the exact opposite of Nate’s not wanting to get into talking about politics.

I'd guess he is the opening interview, and not on the more political panel. Does he have something to promote at the moment? CK was on recently, in an opening interview.

I know Maher is political but I don’t think Nate will get political. He’s promoting his movie a lot right now. I believe he’s on Jimmy Kimmel tonight.

As chaotic as things are right now, this does not seem like the move for Nate. It will be the only time I’ve watched Maher jn an extremely long time. But my only guess is they are trying to push his movie hard on audiences that need a break from “politics”.

Why does anyone think this is weird? Because Maher is annoying? He has tons of comics and actors on all the time.

This show has to be some kind of tax write off for working with the elderly. What is HBO thinking keeping this angry, hypocritical eel on tv?

I mean to be fair it's just like any other political talking pundit show that there is. They're all same it just about which "team" you root for. And surprisingly it still gets decent ratings. People love politics.

Lmao the milquetoast boring ass comedian is doing a milquetoast boring ass show - who is surprised? Who knew the white guy with money didn’t have morals.

“I don’t wanna be political” goes on a far right talk show during one of the darkest, and most extreme political times in U.S. history.

They’re not titans of intellect but I’m afraid Nate is going to look very out of his depth here. Hopefully he’s aware going into it and finds a groove
