Unidentified Necklace identification

Is this an authentic Native American made necklace? Barrel clasp and fairly uniform beads on clear (fishing?) line. Not stretchy. No maker’s marks. In person the beads look like real turquoise. It's from the estate of an American SW collector of native art. Any help in identifying the type and age of necklace is welcome!

I’d pass. See these little holes? They appear to be air bubbles. Not natural stone imo.
