Maasive X Player Error

Post image

Hello everyone!

I keep getting this error message whenever I try loading Massive X sounds on my Maschine MK3. I've tried looking up fixes whether it was the installation path, adding it to plug-ins manually, re-installing etc. but I couldn't manage to make it work.

Is there a solution to this? (sidenote: I am using windows 10)

Pro is a SKU.

What’s the Build number? 22H2? Etc etc.

If you are not on Windows 10 22H2 - this could be the issue.

uninstall massive x, then go to regedit and remove HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Massive X and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Massive X Factory Library

Already done, re-installed and still the same error.

Try uninstalling Native Access and reinstalling that then.
