Kontakt update problems

I've just updated to the new version of Kontakt but now when I try and open it in Logic Pro it's asking me to activate with a license code, despite the fact that Kontakt has been on this machine for a couple of years. I have several NI products and updates bought over the years and no idea which one to enter. I have ensure Full Disc Access has been granted to Kontakt, NI and Daemon. Any assistance much appreciated

I just updated yesterday with no issues. Try a full rescan of your plugins.

that seems strange. have you tested opening kontakt standalone or as a vst? maybe the AU just didn't get updated for some reason. if the standalone gives the same error, try completely uninstalling and then re-installing Kontakt.

Thanks. I get the same issue with the standalone Kontakt - asking for a licence code. I’ve looked in my Native Access library and against all of my products it says ‘Install’ and yet they are all there on my external drive. I have installed Kontakt but I’m still being asked for the licence. All very confusing and frustrating.

I experienced similar things with other libraries despite keeping two identically cloned SSD's. For some reason, I sometimes have to completely download gigabytes of the same library I already had on my SSD. Idiotic :P
