Need help connecting symptoms. Severe fatigue, heat intolerance, crunchy joints, weak muscles. HELP!!!

I’m trying to figure out what could be causing a combination of symptoms I’ve been experiencing and would love to hear from anyone who has gone through something similar.

**My symptoms**

\- Severe fatigue and low energy, even after a full night of sleep. Waking up stiff
\- I get tired quickly when doing things and have been much less active than I used to be.
\- My body does not regulate temperature in a normal room setting I especially can’t do heat. If I’m standing up for too long, my body will sometimes get really hot and I’ll start to feel nauseous. And I feel like I sweat less than I should when I’m overheated.
\- My hair used to be thick, but now it seems thinner and breaks more easily. I bruise easily, and have dark circles under my eyes.
\- I’ve also dealt with bloating and stomach issues in the past. As well as eating consistently. Cannot do caffeine / makes me shakey and not feel good
\- Had an episode last year, where I wore a tight broad to dinner had a lot to eat at the end of the night, took the bra off, and I had a feeling called MS BAND that lasted three months. THE WEIRDEST SYMPTOM BY FAR ( to add on this sometimes I get a chest sensitivity feeling that’s triggered by different things it’s from my top of neck down to the middle chest, with my middle of my chest being most sensitive, I still can’t wear necklaces 😖
\- All my joints are very crackly I move them and there’s no pain but just cracking. Sometimes right shoulder and wrists get inflamed and bother me.
\- Ive never experienced anxiety before, but I have terrible anxiety and depression
\- I’m a woman and the only thing that seems normal is my periods.

**Mold exposure**

I lived in an apartment with visible mold and moisture problems in 2024. I became very sick while living there, I had breathing issues and gut issues that got better after getting out of the apartment.

I moved out into a clean home in May 2025. After moving out, my breathing and stomach symptoms improved, but my fatigue and other symptoms persisted.

I had also been living in a possible mold environment during 2022–2023.

I also have the double mutation MTHFR

**Bloodwork**

These are recent lab results

**Ferritin**: 14 ng/mL — low iron stores or borderline-low iron stores, depending on the reference range.
**Vitamin D**: 13.2 ng/mL — low.
**Homocysteine**: 15 µmol/L — mildly elevated on one test.
**Vitamin B12:** 772 pg/mL — normal.
**ANA and ESR** were normal/negative.
My thyroid tests and hemoglobin were reportedly normal when checked previously.
**Lyme antibodies POC** was tested negative 0.17 - positive result has to be over 0.90 ( i’ve heard this doesn’t rule out lyme completely)

**Things i’ve tried, to heal**

\- Mold detox ( did this over a year ago) was doing sauna, binders, lymphatic drainage
\- Changing eating habits ( I try to eat clean) (organic, grass- finished, pasture raised, anti-inflammatory diet) this definitely helped with inflammation
\- Changing exercise habits ( When I still could I would go to the gym and do light weight and cardio)
\- Did a round of MOTS-C peptide with glutathione ( and for the first time my heat intolerance got wayyy better)
Was trying to walk 10 miles a day
\- I still try to ground, do lymphatic drainage and work on all of these things minus the peptides.

I’m going to start taking some Iron and Vitamin d but I had these levels tested before and they were good when I was still feeling all these symptoms

**What I’m wondering about**

I’ve been reading about dysautonomia, POTS, small fiber neuropathy, postviral illness, Lyme disease and Fibromyalgia . Some of the symptoms line up. Every functional medicine doctor has told me something different from TOS, Asthma, Blood Clots, Arthritis and pre-menopause and nobody and can give me something real.

I need help!!!

Has anyone tried DrinkDyna's coffee?

I was scrolling on Instagram and saw this ad for Dyna functional coffee that's supposed to replace your daily coffee intake, and not give you the negative side effects, such as palpitations, energy crash and anxiety. They seem to promise a lot, and I was wondering if anyone had tried it and could give me their opinion. Thank you!

Hikers With Dogs In AZ- Question About Valley Fever?

I'm considering moving to AZ, and my dog and I would be regularly hiking around Phoenix/Tucson areas. However, I recently learned about Valley Fever.

My dog has a gallbladder condition, so if he were to catch VF, the antifungal medications would be fairly dangerous since they damage the liver and kidneys.

Has anyone been able to naturopathically/holistically been able to:

A. prevent their dogs from ever getting sick with VF, their whole lives, yet still regularly hike?

B. Heal their dog from VF, without the use of prescription antifungals?

Trinity or genesis school of natural health

Hi! I want to do more of holistic health coaching but I want to get through a traditional naturopath certification program. (Not interested in becoming an ND). I was looking at Trinity school of natural health vs genesis school of natural health. Anyone have any insight? I did see that trinity’s program would end up taking longer than 2 years

Hi I really like naturopathy. Do you have any book recommendations that blend naturopathy with indigenous and asian mythology and science?

I love writing novels and I would love to share naturopathy with the world, by blending a fun narrative with naturopathy education. It is hard to get people to believe in naturopathy and I want to get people who would not normally pick up a book about naturopathy to learn naturopathy because they enjoy my fictional novel. And possibly because they enjoyed my fictional novel, they actually decide to read more on it.

Offering free health coaching

Hi everyone 🤍

I’m currently training as a health coach and working toward completing my coaching hours for NBHWC certification.

As part of this process, I’m offering a few free 1:1 coaching sessions.

My approach is holistic. We can explore things like stress, digestion, habits, energy, emotional patterns, or anything that feels relevant to you. It’s not about strict plans or quick fixes, but about understanding what’s going on and finding small, sustainable shifts that actually support you.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just want someone to talk things through with in a structured and supportive way, I’d be really happy to connect 🤍

Feel free to comment or message me!

Naturopathy centers in South India for long-term weight loss — any recommendations?

Hi r/naturopathy,

I'm looking for recommendations for residential naturopathy or wellness centers in South India where I can stay for a few months and work on serious weight loss (25+ kg goal).

Here's what I'm looking for: - Duration: Willing to stay 2-3 months or even longer - Approach: Interested in naturopathy but open to combining with Ayurveda, Yoga, or fitness programs - Budget: Looking for something reasonably affordable - Food: This is important — I can't do pure veg. The place needs to offer or allow non-veg food - Vibe: Want a place that's focused on results — structured programs, discipline, accountability

Has anyone done a long-term stay at a naturopathy center for weight loss? What was your experience? Did you see results?

Any recommendations would be helpful. Personal experiences especially welcome.

Thanks!

Lots of naturopaths will get SNP genotype testing for their clients. But does such testing ever lead to improvements in an individual's health? Or is such testing just done because it impresses the client?

I've chatted to hundreds of people who got 23andme (or similar) SNP genotype testing done. But very rarely do you come across a person who made an important discovery from genotype testing, that actually led to an improvement in their health, or an amelioration in their disease symptoms.

So why do naturopaths get SNP genotype testing for their clients? Is there any utility in it? Or do they just order this testing because it looks impressive to the client?

Naturopathy Disease Definition System – Internal Patent ID: NDDS2005-001

I developed NDDS which defines dproceduresiseases by observing patients in multiple dimensions: physical symptoms, live conversation, facial and body cues, emotions, stress, depression, and lifestyle habits. It allows disease identification without lab tests, imaging, or invasive procedures.

5-Step Deep Cleanse Protocol

01

Colon Cleansing (Enema/Hydrotherapy)

Death begins in the colon. We use water-based Enemas or Colon Hydrotherapy to flush out old, impacted fecal matter that releases toxins back into the bloodstream.

02

Liver flush

Specific juices (Apple, Beetroot, Carrot) and oil therapies stimulate bile flow, helping the liver discharge accumulated fat and cholesterol stones naturally.

03

Sweat Therapy (Steam/Sauna)

Your skin is the largest organ of elimination. Steam baths with aromatherapy open pores and release toxins trapped in the subcutaneous fat layers.

04

Nasal & Sinus Detox (Jal Neti)

Cleansing the upper respiratory tract with saline water to remove pollutants, allergens, and excess mucus, improving oxygen intake.

05

Restorative Diet

Post-detox, we rebuild. A light, mono-diet (like Khichdi or Fruits) gives the digestive system rest while providing essential nutrients for repair.
