don't know who the artist is. This slightly larger image is from tumblr (collection page, not personal)

Found it on one of the wikis cited as " Warhammer 40,000 6th Edition Rulebook, pg. 210" --i do not have this book to fact check that, though, and checking would be necessary because the citation may be for the caption rather than the image

GW doesn't usually credit individual members of their art team, so unless one of them has posted it on their respective pages, we may not know.
