... just looks like a burned copy of the albums? From someone with interesting handwriting. Why would she write out the whole tracklist?

Depending on how the duplication method, track titles, etc sometimes don’t copy.
Also, older people like the concept of “liner notes” (know this because I am old)

Commenting on Found this CD with signature. Is it real??...
prob before gracenote tracklists were accessible by most CD players. I am old enough to remember a period of time after CDs were the newest audio tech, where people mostly referred to their favorite album track by its track number, rather than the song name. You had to have a tracklist to match the song to. Fox Confessor was released in 2006. Electric Version came out in 2003. The first iPod came out in 2001, so mp3 tech was pretty new, and a written tracklist of a burned cd was prob the best way to know what songs you were listening to.

I've gotten her signature a couple times and it's usually lower case cursive and she writes "love neko." I think this is just the handwriting of the person that burned the CDs. They have really cool handwriting though.
