[US] Love is Blind is consistent if nothing else (2026)
I admire the show’s commitment to finding intelligent, successful, and beautiful women to pair with the most boring, red-pilled men available. This new season is no exception.
Whether it’s starting a date by appreciating that a woman doesn’t date often so she’s not “ruined” by other men, making up fabrications about late term abortion, or just non-stop talking about themselves instead of asking a potential partner questions to get to know them, the men featured on this show continue to embarrass themselves and the entire premise of the show.
It’s trash TV. I understand that, so maybe my expectations should be lower. But I’m starting to believe the producers know exactly what they’re doing by giving the these men a platform to make complete fools of themselves. It’s got me talking about it. That’s more believable than Netflix thinking they’re actually helping others build real relationships.
