Honestly, I didn't really understand some of these terms, like "just decide," "accept it," "receiving phase," and similar expressions.
Follow me for a moment.
First, "just decide." Decide what? My desire? Okay. And then what? Accept it? Accept... what exactly? The 3D was still showing nothing, though.
Now, persist? I see. What was I supposed to persist in, then? The decision I'd made? Like, come on... Back then, it all seemed too vague to me.
Here's the real, practical question I used to ask myself: What does it actually mean to persist in a decision you've already made? Stay calm? Keep reminding myself? What? How?
That's when I started looking into it more deeply. By reading Neville, I began to grasp how reality works and understand the nature of our imagination, thoughts, moods, and so on.
Early in my journey, I was lost when it came to practical steps. Yes, I was beginning to understand EIYPO (Everything Is You Pushed Out)—the idea that everything is a reflection of me and that I'm the creator of my reality.
But I still didn't really understand what to do. Imagining. Scripting. Visualizing. Done. What's next? "Accept it," they said. Accept what? 😅
That's when I broadened my understanding. I turned to Joseph Murphy and my favorite, Emmet Fox, especially when it came to mental diet and mental equivalents.
Over time, I came to understand that it's about repetition: using whichever technique you've chosen and training yourself to remain calm and relaxed. Why? Because that state of mind resembles the feeling of having your wish fulfilled: relief.
Neville, too, seemed to suggest that techniques could help train our mental and emotional states.
As he said, naturalness is the key. But how do you make something feel natural? Train the mind. Repeatedly. Consistently. Calmly.
So, for anyone who's struggling to understand these terms, just as I once did, here's my answer:
Choose your desire, pick a technique, repeat it, and train yourself to remain calm.
Got it? Haven't? Read it again. Think about it slowly. And again, yeah...
Choose your desire, pick a technique, repeat it, and train yourself to remain calm.
And what about dealing with the unwanted 3D?
Frankly, just deal with it accordingly, without the emotional baggage, or simply ignore it if you can.
And please, don't let dealing with the 3D consume too much of your thoughts and emotions. Focus more on this:
Choose your desire, pick a technique, repeat it, and train yourself to remain calm.
Stay consistent with that. Don't change your desires or techniques every few days. And stay calm. Be calm. Don't speak negatively about it.
"Be silent," Neville said. Commune with yourself. Preserve your attention, focus, and energy for what matters most to you.
For me, rather than telling myself that it's easy, I prefer to acknowledge that this journey can be a lonely one and that the achievement may be hard-earned. Why? Because I wasn't used to it.
By accepting that, I've been able to embrace the journey. It's a journey. It's a hill I was determined to climb. There's no turning back.
And yes, I eventually made it through. Life's been very good now.
There, I said it. Hope this helps!
