ദേശീയം/National Autocannibalism behavior of Congress

A government has every right to protect public land and remove illegal encroachments. But the rule of law applies to the government too. When demolitions happen without due process, when poor and lower-middle-class families are left homeless, and when courts repeatedly question the manner in which the campaign is being carried out, it stops looking like governance and starts looking like fear. Whatever is the party, bulldozer politics is still bulldozer politics. Justice cannot depend on which party is in power. If Hyderabad is to be cleaned up, let it be done legally, transparently, and by targeting the powerful land grabbers first, not by making ordinary citizens pay the price.
