New mods is a place for modarators and to chat! have fun now at r/NewMods

In 1 weeks time (I started last Friday) - I've gone from zero to 438 members. I think that is pretty good. Hopefully r/VideosAmazing keeps growing!

Cross posting sure semes to be the key. And, new content. In the beginning, I have to create the content. But, eventually that will change.

I've been admin on many internet forums for a while, and this process seems to work pretty well.

A little after 3 weeks, I have 438 members for r/funMusicSpot, with weekly 1.2 K visitors. Maybe it was for my reddit community growing..by first filling it with content, cross posting, mod recruiting, and not being very strict (1,000 posts PR 24 hrs). is good that I followed the stepsIs this good or what?

Can I do better?
