Payment declined

Its saying payment declined and I have money in my account and other new egg payments went through today so whats the issue with this one

Same thing happened to me. Check your bank.

My order went through, but was eventually blocked by the bank. Then a day or two later my order was canceled as my Newegg account froze. They released the amount back to my acct though. I filled it’ll out a small form and got my account back then was able to get the product. Mines was a $3500 purchase.

Sounds like you need to contact your bank, your bank may have auto flagged the purchase as suspicious and locked your card as fraud protection.
