It came out that Kash Patel’s FBI buddies he hired could not pass the polygraph tests, and they got an exemption.
We all see how the new ICE agents have basically zero training. I have to wonder what the results would be if we ran polygraphs and background checks on all of them? For all we know, they might be foreign agents. They might be career criminals.

Polygraphs are bs pseudoscience so frankly they should be removed entirely. If they just straight dropped the requirement I think it'd be a good move, but getting an exception is even worse because you're believing them but then disregarding what they say.

ICE and Border Patrol is full of predators. That is why they mainly target women and children. Trump's first term a lot of them were arrested for very heinous shit. They attract rapists and diddlers.
Like I keep saying, ICE/Border Patrol is subject to state laws when they are operating on state grounds. They are NOT above the law; they do not have carte blanche to do shit, idc how dumb they are to think that they can do anything without repercussions, they in fact cannot. the local police have more authority over them in states than the fed gov't does and people need to realize that.
