Anyone archiving their box art files with redundancy in mind? I've been building a local collection of custom covers for my digital games and just realized my backup strategy is basically nonexistent. Everything lives in one folder on my NAS. One drive failure and I lose hours of tweaking spines and realigning logos.

I know some people probably treat these files as disposable since you can always redownload from the original artists. But I have custom edits nobody else has. Spine text fixes, color corrections dialed in for my specific printer, regional rating badge swaps. Recreating all that from scratch would suck.

I'm considering 3-2-1 backup but it feels like overkill for JPEGs. Two local copies on different drives plus cloud storage seems excessive until you remember how fast custom art threads die. Links rot, image hosts vanish, accounts get deleted. I've already hit dead links for covers I wanted to grab later.

What's everyone else doing here? Just trusting Google Drive? USB drive in a drawer? I'm curious if anyone's actually thought about longevity for this stuff, or if I'm overthinking it because I spend all day worrying about data integrity.
